Upon entering the spacious living room is grey sofa facing two armchairs by Saba covered in Bevilaqua fabrics; opposite is a 42″ mirror-Tv with smart hub. A guest bathroom in Bisazza tiles and chromo-therapy shower serves the living area and is ideal when the sofa bed is in use. To the left of the living room is a large kitchen fitted with a round marble table by knool, designer chairs by Gervasoni, and a Murano-glass chandelier. Four towering windows lead to a French balcony overlooking the charming canal and square. The bedroom is to the right of the living room and offers breathtaking views of the canal. The elegant space is decorated with a designer king-size bed, custom-made side tables, Bijou appliques by Fabian. The en-suite bathroom is in Istrian stone, with custom-made cabinetry and Beluga sconces.
The apartment’s interior design features a palette of natural hues, peach tan and beige mixed with dashes of blue and lilac in the sofas and cushions. Walls, floors and surfaces are also done in light colours in order to maintain visual continuity throughout the space. The floors are in Venetian marble and are kept uncluttered with only one rug as the focal point. A mix of floor lamps, lamp sets, and indirect illumination is used to obtain the desired effect or degree of lighting.
